Realiza COPRISEM verificación extraordinaria a “La Costeña”

Toluca.- La Comisión para la Prevención de Riesgos Sanitarios del Estado de México (Coprisem) realizará una verificación extraordinaria a la fábrica de conservas “La Costeña”, ubicada en el municipio de Ecatepec, derivado de una imagen que circula en redes sociales en donde se aprecia a trabajadores con los pantalones abajo.

 El secretario de Salud estatal, César Gómez Monge, informó que los verificadores se asegurarán que la empresa cumpla con la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-251-SSA1-2009  y en caso de encontrar anomalías en alguno de los criterios que marca la misma, la empresa será sancionada.

En tanto, el titular de la Coprisem, Miguel Ángel Ordoñez, especificó que las áreas, procesos y documentación que revisarán son: el almacén, producción, las materias primas utilizadas en la producción, envases, limpieza y control de plagas.

Abundó que las multas pueden alcanzar hasta los 300 mil pesos y refirió que no se tiene registro que esta empresa haya incumplido anteriormente con algún punto de esta norma.
