Tlalnepantla, pone en operación nuevo cementerio municipal «Horizonte de Paz»

  • Se constituye como el primer panteón municipal ecológico de todo el país; sólo se permitirán féretros biodegradables y se deberán plantar tres árboles por difunto.
  • Tendrá una capacidad de 35 mil personas y una vida útil de 25 años.

Luego de 50 años de no tener un nuevo panteón en Tlalnepantla, la alcaldesa Denisse Ugalde Alegría dio inicio a las actividades del cementerio “Horizonte de Paz”, mismo que se constituye como el primer camposanto ecológico municipal y se prevé que tenga una vida útil de 25 años, en promedio.

Acompañada por el fiscal regional Leopoldo Millán Salgado, quien atestiguó el sepelio de 11 personas que se encontraban en el Semefo en calidad de desconocidos, la presidenta municipal destacó que este panteón da respuesta a una de las demandas más sentidas de la población, que requiere de más lugares para sepultar a sus seres queridos.

Recordó que Tlalnepantla cuenta con 16 panteones municipales, los cuales ya están saturados, de ahí que este espacio tendrá la capacidad de albergar a cerca de 35 mil difuntos en los 50 mil metros cuadrados de superficie que posee.

“Hoy es un día importante para Tlalnepantla, estoy segura que ‘Horizonte de Paz’ va a ser uno de los legados más importantes de la administración 2016-2018, pues nuestros familiares que fallecen tendrán ya un lugar digno, de paz y tranquilidad”, apuntó la alcaldesa.

Detalló que entre las características de este nuevo camposanto ecológico, en el que se invirtieron cuatro millones de pesos, destaca que cada fosa tendrá tres gavetas, sólo se permitirán féretros o urnas biodegradables, así como la colocación de una placa de mármol o de un material similar, y por cada difunto se deberán plantar tres árboles.

Ugalde Alegría resaltó que este cementerio ubicado en la colonia Lomas del Calvario, consta de cinco etapas, mismas que se irán acondicionando de acuerdo a la demanda ciudadana, además de que cuenta con un espacio digno para sepultar a las personas que estén en calidad de desconocidas.

Por su parte, el Obispo Auxiliar de la Arquidiócesis de Tlalnepantla, Jorge Cuapio, afirmó que la cultura de un pueblo se mide por la forma en la que se trata a los muertos, por lo que esta iniciativa de la presidenta municipal da certeza de que en Tlalnepantla se honra, se venera y se guarda la memoria de los difuntos.

Reconoció la sensibilidad de Denisse Ugalde Alegría, al atender un aspecto que muchos gobiernos dejan de lado y que, sin embargo, brinda tranquilidad a la población que atraviesa la pérdida de un ser querido.

A su vez, el director de Servicios Urbanos, Antonio Arias García, apuntó que con la puesta en operación de este camposanto, la alcaldesa de Tlalnepantla cumple un compromiso más, el cual impacta en el estado anímico, moral y espiritual de las familias.

Recalcó que “Horizonte de Paz” cuenta con todos los permisos y licencias correspondientes para operar, además de que en breve también brindará el servicio de cremación.

En este evento en que estuvo presente la titular de la Fiscalía de Personas Desaparecidas, María Sol Berenice Salgado; así como vecinos de las 265 colonias de Tlalnepantla, el Obispo Auxiliar dio cristiana sepultura a 11 personas que se encontraban en el Semefo, entre ellos, dos adultos mayores que fueron abandonados en su domicilio y uno más en la Cruz Roja, y cuyos cuerpos nunca fueron reclamados.

Cabe mencionar que para que los fallecidos tuvieron un digno sepelio, las funerarias: Jardines del Recuerdo, Tequesquinahuac, Colevan, Altamirano, Santa María, Águila, Castañeda, Peralta, Andrade, Meneses y Cortés, regalaron los féretros y todo el servicio correspondiente.
