Se consolida el CRIS de Huixquilucan

 En los primeros dos meses de funcionamiento se ha incrementado en un 150 por ciento la capacidad de atención.

 Se brindan consultas de rehabilitación, neuropediatría, pediatría, odontopediatría, psicología, trabajo social e integración social.

 Además de terapia ocupacional, física y del lenguaje.

Hasta en un 150 por ciento se ha incrementado la capacidad de atención del Centro de Rehabilitación e Integración Social (CRIS) dependiente del Sistema Municipal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia de Huixquilucan, a dos meses de su apertura.

A finales de marzo, el gobierno municipal que encabeza el alcalde Enrique Vargas del Villar y la presidenta del sistema DIF Romina Contreras Carrasco, pusieron en operación el CRIS, trabajo que se ha venido consolidando en las distintas especialidades médicas que se ofrecen como son consultas de rehabilitación, neuropediatría, pediatría, odontopediatría, psicología, trabajo social e integración social. Además, lo correspondiente a terapia ocupacional, física y de lenguaje.

María de Lourdes Hernández Saldaña, subdirectora de Atención a la Discapacidad de Huixquilucan, comentó que el Centro de Rehabilitación e Integración Social, beneficia a personas de todas las edades con alguna discapacidad, ya sea temporal o permanente.

Recordó que con la apertura del CRIS, los huixquiluquenses ahora cuentan con instalaciones dignas para recibir la atención médica que requieren, siendo las consultas por alteración en las rodillas y lumbalgias las que se atienden con mayor frecuencia.

La titular de la Subdirección de Atención a la Discapacidad, enfatizó que los avances son palpables a través de la mejora de los pacientes. Informó que con la apertura del CRIS se ha registrado un incremento de solicitudes de atención médica, psicológica y trabajo social, lo que confirma que estas instalaciones son un éxito ya que son de gran beneficio para la población de Huixquilucan y municipios aledaños que lo requieran.

Hernández Saldaña, indicó que los interesados en recibir los servicios del CRIS, deberán acudir a las instalaciones ubicadas en calle Leona Vicario a espaldas del DIF La Mesa, con una identificación oficial, acta de nacimiento, CURP y comprobante de domicilio.
