Naucalpan, Como resultado de varios trabajos de inteligencia implementados en el Programa Escuela Segura, la Comisión Estatal de Seguridad Ciudadana (CES), detuvo a seis personas presuntamente relacionadas con una banda delictiva que operaba en la estación del Metro Toreo.
Los detenidos dijeron llamarse Marco N., Miguel N., Gustavo N., Julio N., Víctor N. y Víctor N., de 44, 39, 29, 29, 43 y 31 años de edad, respectivamente; quienes presuntamente están relacionados con los delitos de uso de documentos falsos, usurpación de funciones, portación ilegal de armas prohibidas, contra la salud y encubrimiento por receptación.
Tras atender varias denuncias ciudadanas que indicaban la presencia de un grupo de sujetos que supuestamente asaltaba, principalmente a estudiantes en el interior de los andenes del Metro Toreo, en el municipio de Naucalpan, la CES implementó un operativo de seguridad para detener a los presuntos delincuentes.
En coordinación con personal de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA), de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), la Policía Federal (PF) y del municipio de Naucalpan, se descubrió el modus operandi y el reloj criminológico de los implicados, logrando ubicarlos en el interior de las instalaciones del Servicio de Transporte Colectivo Metro (STCM).
Luego de detener a los sospechosos, estos fueron revisados de manera preventiva, encontrando presuntamente entre sus pertenencias, 45 dosis de hierba verde y seca, con características de la mariguana; 5 mil 930 pesos en efectivo; 9 equipos de telefonía celular de diferentes marcas; una navaja; un cuchillo; un arma conocida como bóxer; una pistola de plástico y una réplica corrediza de plástico.
Por lo anterior, los detenidos, quienes fueron identificados por algunas de sus víctimas, fueron trasladados y puestos a disposición ante el Ministerio Público correspondiente, donde se abrió una carpeta de investigación y determinar la situación jurídica de los involucrados.
