Detienen a dos mujeres investigadas por narcomenudeo en Naucalpan

Toluca, Estado de  México.- Dos mujeres investigadas por su probable participación en delitos contra la salud fueron detenidas por el Grupo Táctico Operativo (GTO) de Naucalpan tras realizar un cateo en un domicilio y encontrar envoltorios con sustancias con características de la cocaína y hierba con similitudes a la marihuana.
​Las investigaciones iniciaron en atención a una denuncia ciudadana, en la que se alertaba que en un domicilio de la colonia Colina de San Mateo supuestamente se utilizaba como punto de venta de estupefacientes.
​Derivado de la acusación, Agentes de Investigación realizaron diligencias con lo que se pudo establecer una línea de investigación que los llevó al inmueble, por lo que el Ministerio Público solicitó al Juez Especializado en Cateos y Órdenes de Aprehensión en Línea, librar una orden de cateo para este lugar.
​Con el mandamiento judicial, personal de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional, policía estatal y municipal, encabezados por la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), acudieron al domicilio donde encontraron varios papeles con polvo blanco con características de la cocaína; bolsas de plástico y con hierba verde y seca con similitudes a la marihuana; un cargador de arma de fuego con cartuchos útiles y dos básculas.
​Por estos hechos se detuvo a quienes se identificaron como Anayelli “N”, de 27 años de edad, y Martha Alicia “N”, de 36 años, quienes fueron trasladadas ante el Ministerio Público, autoridad que determinará su situación legal, sin embargo, se les considera inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.

​La Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal exhorta a la población a denunciar cualquier hecho delictivo a través del correo electrónico [email protected], al número telefónico 01 800 7028770, o bien, por medio de la aplicación FGJEdomex, la cual está disponible de manera gratuita para todos los teléfonos inteligentes de los sistemas iOS y Android.
