Procesan a tres sujetos por asaltos a tiendas OXXO en Tultitlán

Toluca, Estado de México.– El Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía General de Justicias del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó la probable participación de tres personas en un robo a una tienda de conveniencia, ilícito por el que la Autoridad Judicial con sede en Cuautitlán determinó iniciar un proceso legal en su contra.
​Los probables asaltantes fueron identificados como Vicente “N”, Emmanuel “N”, y Hazael Iván “N”, quienes habrían participado en el asalto a una tienda Oxxo, en Tultitlán, de donde sustrajeron más de 190 cajetillas de cigarros y 22 botellas de bebidas embriagantes.
​El asalto ocurrió cuando los ahora detenidos arribaron a bordo de una camioneta, a una tienda ubicada en la carretera Tlalnepantla-Cuautitlán, en el Barrio La Concepción, e ingresaron al lugar portando una barreta, luego sometieron a un empleado y lo llevaron a un baño en donde lo mantuvieron encerrado.
​Posteriormente estos individuos habrían sustraído 198 cajetillas de cigarros de diferentes marcas, así como 22 botellas de bebidas alcohólicas, para después huir del sitio.
​Estos individuos fueron detenidos momentos después por elementos policiacos, quienes realizaban un operativo en la zona y se percataron de los hechos, por lo que fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició una indagatoria por el delito de robo con violencia.
​Después los tres detenidos fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Cuautitlán, en donde un Juez determinó iniciar un proceso legal en su contra, y fijo un plazo de 40 días para el cierre de investigación, sin embargo se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
​La Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal hace un llamada a la población para que en caso de que reconozca a estas personas como probables partícipes de algún otro delito, sean denunciadas a través del correo electrónico [email protected], al número telefónico 01 800 7028770, o bien, por medio de la aplicación FGJEdomex, la cual está disponible de manera gratuita para todos los teléfonos inteligentes de los sistemas iOS y Android.
