Para ello, se impartió la conferencia “Liderazgo en mujeres y hombres” a integrantes del Sistema Municipal DIF, la Contraloría municipal, el Organismo de Agua y Saneamiento y la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento, como parte de la línea de acción “Vanguardia en el Servicio Público”, propuesta por la Dirección de Prevención Social de la Delincuencia y de la Violencia.

Dado que la profesionalización de los trabajadores enfocada a fortalecer habilidades y aptitudes de los servidores públicos es una tarea primordial para la presente administración, durante este año se llevarán a cabo talleres y conferencias acordes con la función que se desempeña en cada una de las áreas municipales, a fin de que sean de utilidad para una mejor atención a la ciudadanía.

En este sentido, el H. Ayuntamiento de Toluca se ocupa en dotar a los servidores públicos de los conocimientos y las herramientas necesarios para un mejor desarrollo personal, familiar y profesional, orientado a ofrecer un correcto y eficiente servicio a la población.
