Operativo GTO en Tlalnepantla arroja la detención de 36 personas

  • Entre los detenidos se encuentra el escolta del candidato de MORENA a la presidencia municipal por Violación a Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos.
  • Además se aseguraron drogas y armas prohibidas.

Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México.- El trabajo conjunto de fuerzas federales, estatales y municipales permitió la detención de 36 personas involucradas en distintos delitos, esto como parte del operativo del GTO en el que participaron 606 elementos, ejecutando 50 acciones operativas.

El comisario de Seguridad Pública informó que la intervención de la Sedena, la Marina, la Secretaría de Seguridad, la Fiscalía General de Justicia y la Policía de Tlalnepantla, en 31 colonias de este municipio, también permitió el decomiso de 270 dosis de marihuana y 13 de cocaína, así como 300 gramos de marihuana sin dosificar.

 

 

Aunado a ello, detalló, se aseguraron 110 cartuchos útiles, un arma de fuego Glock calibre 9 milímetros, cuatro armas prohibidas, dos vehículos con reporte de robo recuperados, 11 automóviles vinculados a algún delito, tres teléfonos celulares y dos mil 743 pesos en efectivo.

De igual forma, dos inmuebles asegurados, dos pipas para consumo de narcóticos e igual número de trituradores para procesar narcóticos, una lap top, una cámara fotográfica, 50 litros de diésel y 400 litros de gasolina.

En comisario resaltó que de los 36 detenidos en este operativo, 35 de ellos fue por delito flagrante, entre delitos contra la salud y portación de arma prohibida, violación a la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos, delitos en materia de hidrocarburos y cohecho, portación de arma prohibida, ataques a las vías de comunicación, uso indebido de insignias, simulación de vehículo oficial y encubrimiento por receptación; además de que se cumplió una orden de aprehensión por el delito de violación.

En este operativo que realizó el Grupo Táctico Operativo, en el filtro ubicado en avenida Acueducto, colonia Jorge Jiménez Cantú, se aseguró a Marco Antonio “N”, de 42 años de edad, quien viajaba a bordo de un vehículo de la marca Jeep, tipo Gran Cherokee, placas de circulación NBV5679, y portaba un arma de fuego calibre nueve milímetros y un cargador con diez cartuchos útiles.

Dicho sujeto no contaba con el permiso de portación de arma de fuego y manifestó ser escolta del candidato a presidente municipal del partido Morena, quien en ese momento se acercó y comenzó a insultar a los elementos policíacos, refiriéndose a ellos como “muertos de hambre”.

Por este motivo, Marco Antonio “N”, fue asegurado y puesto a disposición del Agente del Ministerio Público de Tlalnepantla, acusado del delito de Violación a Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos.
