Continúan en Tlalnepantla las acciones transversales en materia de seguridad

  • La alcaldesa Denisse Ugalde encabeza las reuniones de Redes Vecinales para conocer los avances que se tienen en cada comunidad.
  • En éstas participan distintas áreas además de la Comisaría de Seguridad, entre ellas, Transparencia, Servicios Urbanos, Justicia Municipal y el CAIC.

Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México.- Como parte del programa Redes Vecinales de Seguridad, la presidenta municipal, Denisse Ugalde Alegría, continúa encabezando reuniones de integración y seguimiento en las distintas comunidades que se encuentran dentro de esta estrategia para hacer un frente común contra la violencia y la delincuencia.

En dichas reuniones, la alcaldesa ha venido destacando que el objetivo es fortalecer las capacidades del gobierno municipal y de la ciudadanía para construir ambientes para el orden, la seguridad, la justicia y la paz, y así responder a la mayor preocupación de los habitantes, que es la inseguridad y la violencia.

Ante vecinos que integran las Redes Vecinales, Denisse Ugalde informó que actualmente son 145 las colonias en las que la ciudadanía ya se ha organizado para trabajar de manera transversal y hacer frente a los problemas de seguridad que prevalecen en las comunidades.

En estas reuniones, el comisario de Seguridad  Pública, Alejandro Villar del Mazo, explica a los vecinos las acciones que la policía municipal lleva a cabo, además de que se les expone y se aclaran dudas sobre el funcionamiento de la alarma vecinal y cómo descargar la aplicación “TDB Protegido”.

Otra área fundamental es la Unidad de Transparencia, la cual informa  a los integrantes de las Redes Vecinales sobre el uso que se le da a la información que proporcionan al momento de formar parte de las mismas.

Sobre este tema, la titular del área, Lluvia Torres resalta que los datos de los ciudadanos que integran dichas redes es resguardada por esta dependencia e integrada a una base de datos a la que no tiene acceso ninguna otra área municipal y se crea un aviso de privacidad para seguridad y tranquilidad de los vecinos.

Por su parte, la dirección de Servicios Urbanos detalla los trabajos que se realizan en las colonias como parte de la estrategia de prevención, a través de la modernización del alumbrado público, instalando luminarias led, clareo de ramas, bacheo, pinta de topes y guarniciones, balizamiento y mantenimiento del mobiliario urbano.

La coordinación de Justicia Municipal informa a los vecinos los servicios que ofrece tanto en sus centros de mediación, como en la unidad móvil, encaminados a resolver los conflictos a través del diálogo y con ello evitar pleitos legales, procurando así la sana convivencia en las comunidades.

En lo que respecta a Instituto Municipal para la Igualdad y Desarrollo de las Mujeres (IMIDM), esta dependencia les explica sobre los distintos tipos de violencia de género y las instancias a las que se pueden acercar para pedir asesoría y apoyo en caso de ser víctimas de la violencia.

Por su parte, el Centro de Atención Integral al Ciudadano (CAIC) pone a disposición de los tlalnepantlenses el número telefónico 5366 4450 al que pueden llamar en caso de requerir algún servicio público, solicitud a la que se le da seguimiento hasta que el ciudadano informa que ya se atendió su petición.
