Orienta ISEEMYM a servidores públicos sobre la nueva Ley de Seguridad Social 2019

• Exponen la nueva normatividad en diálogo franco y abierto con representantes sindicales.

• Atienden en áreas de adscripción o en foros abiertos las dudas de trabajadores en activo, pensionados y pensionistas.

Toluca, Estado de México.-Con el propósito de ofrecer respuestas puntuales, precisas y personalizadas sobre la nueva Ley de Seguridad Social y para que los trabajadores en activo no tengan ninguna duda, funcionarios de primer nivel y mandos medios del Instituto de Seguridad Social del Estado de México y Municipios (ISSEMyM) recorren diversas regiones de la entidad para dialogar directamente con servidores públicos.

En este sentido, se llevó a cabo un Foro en el auditorio de la Casa del Servidor Público Mexiquense del Sindicato Único de Trabajadores de los Poderes, Municipios e Instituciones Descentralizadas del Estado de México (SUTEYM), en el que asistieron más de 300 personas, entre representantes del Comité Ejecutivo Estatal, Delegados Sindicales y Secretarios de las diferentes secciones sindicales.

Previo a la aprobación de esta Ley 2019, se llevaron a cabo 13 foros de este mismo tipo con el Sindicato de Maestros al Servicio del Estado de México (SMSEM), con una afluencia de cerca de mil 500 asistentes en las 13 regiones sindicales que comprende este gremio.

En estos foros se informó que la nueva Ley respeta los derechos adquiridos de cada servidor público, pensionado y pensionista en activo y que entrará en vigor a partir de 2019.

Los funcionarios del ISSEMyM enfatizaron que las instituciones públicas aportarán 6.5 por ciento más para el retiro y los servicios de salud en beneficio de los servidores públicos, mientras que los trabajadores tendrán un ajuste en las cuotas de 3.5 por ciento.

Esta medida tendrá un impacto inmediato en mejoras de los servicios médicos, ya que se tiene contemplada la incorporación de nuevas tecnologías para acciones preventivas lo que  representará un ahorro para la institución.

Ahondaron que con esta estrategia se creará un fondo permanente para otorgar créditos de vivienda y créditos personales para trabajadores en activo y de nuevo ingreso, con el que los servidores al servicio del Estado de México podrán tener una mayor seguridad económica para satisfacer sus necesidades.

Actualmente, el ISSEMyM se ubica dentro de los tres institutos de salud pública más grandes del país, lo que le ha obligado a fomentar estrategias importantes para contar con finanzas sólidas y con ello brindar un servicio de calidad al más de un millón de derechohabientes que atiende en toda la entidad.
