• Considera que el inversionista quiere, ante todo, certidumbre jurídica de que su proyecto tendrá posibilidades de crecer en el Estado de México.

Toluca, Estado de México.- Las reformas al marco jurídico del sector económico, aprobadas por la actual Legislatura local, tendrán un impacto positivo en las inversiones, en beneficio de los proyectos que decidan hacer negocios en suelo mexiquense, destacó el titular de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico (Sedeco), Alberto Curi Naime.

En entrevista, el Secretario destacó que las diversas reformas responden a los planteamientos de empresarios, comerciantes y emprendedores mexiquenses, así como de sus organizaciones.

Consideró que el inversionista quiere, ante todo, certidumbre jurídica de que su proyecto tendrá posibilidades de crecer en el Estado de México y de que exista claridad en los trámites y seguridad en los tiempos de respuesta.

Aseguró que estas iniciativas de ley contemplan aspectos muy importantes para el sector económico, como el Dictamen Único de Factibilidad (DUF), de carácter permanente, que beneficia a las unidades económicas porque no deberán tramitar un nuevo dictamen cada año, salvo que haya modificaciones en su aforo, superficie o actividad económica.

Asimismo, precisó que no será necesario renovar el DUF, ya que al ser de carácter permanente servirá para tramitar el refrendo anual de las licencias de funcionamiento municipales, favoreciendo la desregulación y simplificación de trámites.

Además, las reformas están enfocadas a sentar las bases de un gobierno digital, para que los ciudadanos puedan tramitar la apertura de un negocio, industria o empresa de servicios en línea, sin necesidad de trasladarse a una oficina gubernamental.

«Con este nuevo marco jurídico, el siguiente paso es integrar y operar una plataforma digital útil, de fácil acceso y de beneficio práctico para el usuario», señaló el Secretario.

Con esta nueva normatividad, dijo, el Estado de México sigue a la vanguardia, aportando una legislación acorde con la actualidad, que repercutirá en la mejora de la competitividad y de la productividad de las empresas que se asientan y produzcan en la entidad mexiquense.
