RINDE PROTESTA MARÍA JOSÉ OCAMPO COMO DIRECTORA DE DESARROLLO SOCIAL EN HUIXQUILUCAN

  • El cuerpo edilicio autorizó a la Tesorería Municipal llevar a cabo “El Buen Fin en Huixquilucan” del 12 al 30 de noviembre.

Los integrantes del cabildo aprobaron el nombramiento de María José Ocampo Vázquez como directora de Desarrollo Social en Huixquilucan y autorizaron a la Tesorería Municipal para que se lleve a cabo la campaña extraordinaria “El Buen Fin en Huixquilucan”, en la que se aplicarán bonificaciones en multas y recargos por concepto del pago del impuesto predial.

Durante la 81a sesión ordinaria de Cabildo, el presidente municipal, Enrique Vargas del Villar, tomó protesta a Ocampo Vázquez, a quien encomendó reforzar la implementación de políticas públicas para beneficio de la población. “Es una mujer con amplia experiencia, que ahora aplicará en Huixquilucan a favor de los que más lo necesitan”.

También los ediles, aprobaron la implementación de la campaña, “El Buen Fin en Huixquilucan”, a celebrarse del 12 al 30 de noviembre de 2018, en la cual se contempla la bonificación del 80 por ciento, en multas y recargos, generados por la omisión en el pago del impuesto predial de los ejercicios fiscales 2018 y anteriores.

Dichos beneficios se aplicarán a personas físicas que sean propietarios o poseedores de los inmuebles de uso y destino habitacional y que su valor catastral sea menor o igual a 12 millones de pesos, así como la bonificación del cien por ciento de dichos accesorios de impuestos del 16 al 20 de noviembre.

De igual manera, del 12 al 30 de noviembre las personas físicas que sean poseedores de predios registrados como terreno y que su costo sea menor o igual a ocho millones de pesos, se aplicará la bonificación del 60 por ciento en multas y recargos generados por la omisión en el pago del impuesto predial de los ejercicios fiscales 2018 y anteriores.

Además del 80 por ciento, en el pago de dichos accesorios derivados del pago del impuesto predial del 16 al 20 de noviembre del año en curso.

Para que se pueda aprovechar al máximo la campaña “El Buen Fin en Huixquilucan” se habilitan los días 17,18, 24 y 25 de noviembre para que los ciudadanos puedan a acudir a la Tesorería Municipal en un horario de 9:00 a 16:00 horas y regularizar su pago de predial.
