Las finanzas sanas del municipio permiten que sus trabajadores reciban aumento salarial

Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México.-Durante la firma del Convenio 2018 de Sueldo y Prestaciones Socioeconómicas con el SUTEyM, la presidenta municipal,  Denisse Ugalde Alegría, aseguró que derivado del buen manejo de las finanzas por parte del gobierno local, se pueden brindar mejores condiciones laborales a sus trabajadores.

“La administración entrante no enfrentará problemas financieros, pues recibe finanzas sanas y calificaciones crediticias positivas que le permitirán planear adecuadamente sus acciones de gobierno”, afirmó la alcaldesa.

Recordó que al asumir hace 33 meses el cargo,  su primer compromiso fue absorber el pago de aguinaldos de los empleados que no habían sido cubiertos por su antecesor y que fue pagado en los subsecuentes 30 días.

Ante el subsecretario del Comité Ejecutivo Estatal del SUTEyM, Antonio Duarte Franco, y del secretario general del mismo sección Tlalnepantla, Antonio Soto Marín, la titular del ejecutivo local indicó que su administración siempre ha estado comprometida con el bienestar de sus trabajadores.

Al dirigirse a los sindicalizados, Denisse Ugalde les garantizó que este fin de año no tendrán incertidumbre sobre sus prestaciones de ley, ya que se está en  condiciones de pagar en tiempo y forma el aguinaldo, aunado a que la próxima quincena recibirán el retroactivo salarial en una sola exhibición.

Aprovechó la presencia de los empleados municipales para hacer un balance de algunos de los logros de esta administración, entre los que resaltó el programa “Respuesta en 24 horas”; la construcción del nuevo panteón municipal y la cobertura del 95 por ciento en materia de servicios públicos, en los que la participación de los suteymistas ha sido fundamental.

Refrendó su compromiso con el SUTEyM sección Tlalnepantla y los exhortó a seguir trabajando hasta el próximo 31 de diciembre, con la finalidad de entregar un municipio digno.

En tanto, Antonio Duarte, reconoció la sensibilidad y el trabajo de la alcaldesa Denisse Ugalde, “quien ha atendido y dado respuesta a las principales necesidades de los suteymistas”, dijo.

Junto a Antonio Soto Marín, exhortó a los sindicalizados a contribuir para que la administración 2016-2018 entregue excelentes resultados al final de su gestión y a seguir  demostrando su capacidad y disposición para sumarse al crecimiento y desarrollo de Tlalnepantla, garantizando la prestación de los servicios en las comunidades.

En esta firma de convenio, los titulares de la Tesorería Municipal y del OPDM, Ricardo Santos y Rodolfo Martínez, respectivamente,  también resaltaron el trabajo que desempeñan diariamente los trabajadores del SUTEyM.
