Con el objetivo de empoderar a los ciudadanos y formar nuevos cuadros que trabajen en el desarrollo de sus comunidades, el Grupo Kairos A.C. que tuvo su origen en Naucalpan en el año 2005, reanuda actividades, pero ahora con presencia y participación activa en los 125 municipios del Estado de México.
Durante su Primera Asamblea General se tomó protesta a Eduardo Villaseñor Cicero como presidente, quien señaló que Grupo Kairos es una asociación plural, abierta a todas las expresiones políticas y partidos, siempre en el ánimo de ofrecer una atención y respaldo a la ciudadanía.
En esta nueva etapa, Grupo Kairos se renueva como una alternativa, para la participación ciudadana, basado en un sistema de valores que contemplan resolver, actuar, proponer, observar, reflexionar y opinar, para promover la construcción de una sociedad justa, libre, sustentable y sostenible, mediante una filosofía de trabajo, vocación de servicio y compromiso, agregó.
Añadió que bajo ese espíritu de renovación Kairos fomenta sus nuevos estatutos, a fin de recibir a todas aquellas personas que compartan la visión del proyecto político-social y que de tener presencia solo en Naucalpan, pasa a tener representación en todo el Estado de México.
Eduardo Villaseñor recordó que Grupo Kairos, nació por iniciativa de David Sánchez Guevara en el año 2005, cuya meta era empoderar a las mujeres y hombres de Naucalpan, y ahora con la refundación se labora en un proyecto educativo por medio de una red de universidades, para formar ciudadanos de bien y así ellos lo hagan en cada rincón del territorio mexiquense.
Al hacer uso de la palabra el fundador de Kairos, David Sánchez Guevara, señaló que en el 2005 comenzó una historia de éxito, sin precedentes, de la participación ciudadana, bajo el lema “construyendo tiempos mejores en Naucalpan”, consolidándose en la realidad de los naucalpenses como un sinónimo de nuevas y mejores oportunidades para la gente.
Agregó que partir de hoy, Kairos se vuelve a convertir en una opción responsable para que la ciudadanía comparta ideas, debata, decida y actúe, y sobre todo, transforme, pero con una gran diferencia, por eso crece para tener presencia en todo lo largo y ancho del Estado de México.
“Bajo el lema de “Tiempo de bienestar mexiquense”, buscamos contagiar a más mexiquenses de que, el Estado de México, merece una nueva oportunidad de ser mejor, a través de una organización ciudadana, donde no existen las exclusiones de ningún tipo llámense políticas, raciales, sociales, económica o de género” reiteró Sánchez Guevara.
Durante la asamblea el Príncipe de Bamoun, Camerún, Jean Louis Bingna, quien acudió como invitado especial junto con la campeona de boxeo Zulina “La Loba” Muñoz, reconoció la cercanía que Grupo Kairos ha tenido con la gente y ofreció trabajar muy de cerca con la asociación para seguir apoyando en temas como la educación.
Kairos es una asociación comprometida con la reconstrucción del tejido social; plural y abierta a todas las expresiones, respetuosa de los derechos humanos, y siempre en contra de cualquier tipo de violencia, con un claro rechazo a cualquier tipo de agresión física, psicológica, sexual y laboral.
Durante la asamblea en la que participarán 251 delegados operativos del Grupo Kairos A.C., se presentaron los estatutos y la integración de un organigrama: Presidente Eduardo Villaseñor Cicero: Secretaria General, Linda Débora Gleason Ruiz; Honor y Justicia. David Sánchez Guevara; Tesorero, Daniel Cancino Fabián, y Jurídico, Julio Avalos Martín.
