Participa Secretaría de Cultura en Festival Cultural Malinalco 2018

La Secretaría de Cultura del Estado de México se suma a las actividades de la cuarta edición del Festival Cultural Malinalco 2018, el cual se efectuará del 9 al 11 de noviembre para el disfrute de las y los mexiquenses.

Este Pueblo Mágico será el foro en el que se llevarán a cabo actividades multidisciplinarias como encuentros corales, danzas, talleres didácticos, corredores gastronómicos, callejoneadas, concursos, presentaciones de grupos musicales, entre otras más.

En conferencia de prensa Ivett Tinoco García, Directora General de Patrimonio y Servicios Culturales de la Secretaría de Cultura, explicó que este año la institución gubernamental participará con dos de sus activos musicales que buscan llevar a todos los rincones del estado la música de cámara como factor de desarrollo social.

El sábado 10 de noviembre, a las 19:30 horas, en la Plaza Cívica, se presentará el Coro Polifónico del Estado de México, bajo la batuta del maestro Manuel Flores Palacios, deleitando al auditorio con un repertorio operístico con arias, “O Fortua” de Carmina Burana, “Che Interminabile andirivieni”, de Don Pasquale, “Va Pensiero Nabucco”, de Giuseppe Verdi, “Habanera”, de Carmen, así como diferentes compositores nacionales e internacionales.

Cabe destacar que el Mtro. Flores Palacios también es el Director del Coro Comunitario Infantil y Juvenil de Malinalco quien, a través de estas agrupaciones corales, busca proporcionar espacios de conocimiento y recreación en donde se puedan desarrollar capacidades artísticas como una forma de contribuir  al esparcimiento con valores.

De igual forma, el domingo 11 de noviembre a las 13:30 horas, en la misma plaza, la Orquesta Filarmónica Mexiquense (OFM) hará una más de sus destacadas presentaciones para este Festival, bajo la dirección de la maestra Gabriela Díaz Alatriste con “El Aprendiz de Brujo”, de Paul Dukas, “Una noche en la árida montaña”, de Modest Mussorgsky, “Peer Gynt suite No.1”, de Edvard Grieg, y selecciones de “El Fantasma de la Ópera”, de Andrew Lioyd Webber.
