Vecinos de la Lázaro Cárdenas recibirán sus escrituras

  • La alcaldesa atestiguó la instalación del Módulo de Contratación para Escrituración INSUS en dicha comunidad.
  • Continúa la entrega de diversas obras de impacto social en el municipio. 

Después de 30 años de espera, familias de la colonia Lázaro Cárdenas recibirán el documento que los avala como legítimos propietarios de la vivienda que actualmente habitan.

Al atestiguar la instalación del Módulo de Contratación para Escrituración del Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable (INSUS), la alcaldesa Denisse Ugalde Alegría hizo entrega de la carta de liberación a 101 personas que se inscribieron en el programa para Regularizar Asentamientos Humanos Irregulares (PASPRAH).

Detalló que derivado de éste, las familias favorecidas recibieron la condonación en el traslado de dominio y pago del predial, por lo que el gasto para adquirir sus escrituras será mínimo.

Denisse Ugalde felicitó a las familias que están en proceso de recibir sus respectivas escrituras, ya que después de tres décadas verán recompensados sus esfuerzos y tendrán certeza jurídica sobre su patrimonio.

En este evento en el que también estuvo presente Gerardo Hernández Tapia, director general del INSUS, Carlos Antonio Quijada Arias, delegado federal de dicho instituto en el Estado de México, reconoció el esfuerzo que la administración de la alcaldesa de Tlalnepantla realizó para aplicar la condonación en los pagos ya referidos y con ello agilizar el trámite de las escrituras.

Como parte de esta gira de trabajo, Denisse Ugalde Alegría, también entregó la construcción y equipamiento del comedor escolar del jardín de niños “John Dewey”, ubicado en la colonia Ampliación Gustavo Baz, mismo que beneficiará a cerca de 60 pequeños.

Al respecto, Leticia Morales, mamá de una alumna, agradeció a la presidenta municipal por atender las peticiones vecinales y cumplir este compromiso, pues “el comedor comunitario era un sueño que perseguíamos desde hace cinco años  y ahora se hace realidad”.

Por su parte, Rosalba Hernández López, directora del jardín de niños, reconoció la sensibilidad de la alcaldesa, quien a lo largo de tres años de gobierno ha mostrado su interés para que los niños de Tlalnepantla reciban una educación de calidad.

Entre los trabajos realizados en este plantel educativo, resalta la construcción de 200 metros cuadrado de aulas y comedor, la colocación de 154 metros cuadrados de losa de acero, un tanque estacionario, una estufa industrial, mesas y dos tinacos, todo ello con una inversión de un millón 695 mil pesos.

Posteriormente, las autoridades locales inauguraron la repavimentación con concreto asfáltico de seis mil 583 metros cuadrados del puente de Prolongación Hidalgo, obra en la que se ejerció una inversión de cuatro millones 453 mil pesos, para beneficio de miles de automovilistas que circulan por dicha vialidad.
