Entrega SEDUYM títulos de propiedad y unidades básicas de vivienda en la zona norte del Edoméx

• Benefician con más de 600 títulos de propiedad a familias de distintos municipios de la región de Atlacomulco.

• Otorgan más de 90 unidades básicas de vivienda a familias de 12 comunidades del municipio de Timilpan.

Timilpan, Estado de México.-Enrique Jacob Rocha, titular de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano y Metropolitano (Seduym), realizó una gira de trabajo en los municipios de Atlacomulco y Timilpan para entregar más de 600 títulos de propiedad y de 99 unidades básicas de vivienda.

Durante la gira, el funcionario estatal puntualizó que para el Gobierno de Alfredo Del Mazo, garantizar el derecho a la vivienda de los mexiquenses es una prioridad, ya que es un espacio generador de oportunidades y superación, motivo por el cual, la Seduym trabaja para que los mexiquenses cuenten con una casa digna, tengan la certeza jurídica de su patrimonio y puedan regularizar sus propiedades.

En compañía del Director General del Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (Imevis), Gabriel Casillas Zanatta, el Secretario informó que las acciones que se realizan en esta dependencia buscan que cada vez más familias de la entidad opten por obtener sus títulos de propiedad a través del programa de regularización, mismo que abre la posibilidad para otros beneficios, como mejorar las condiciones de su vivienda, facilitar el acceso a servicios públicos o elevar el valor de las propiedades.

“Cuando trabajan adecuadamente los distintos órdenes de Gobierno, el Gobierno del Estado, a la cabeza, el Gobernador Del Mazo, los Presidentes Municipales, los Notarios, el Instituto de la Función Registral, el Imevis, por supuesto el Tribunal Superior de Justicia, se pueden hacer este tipo de acciones que tanto beneficio tienen”, refirió.

Agregó que para la entrega de los más de 600 títulos de propiedad y posesión se realizó una inversión por parte del Gobierno estatal de más de 1.3 millones de pesos, además de que con esta entrega se suman más de mil 500 títulos otorgados durante la presente administración en la región de Atlacomulco.

Asimismo, recordó que de septiembre de 2017 a octubre de este año, el Gobierno estatal, a través de la Seduym e Imevis, ha entregado más de 19 mil títulos de propiedad y posesión, mientras que se prevé que en 2018 la cifra cerrará con  aproximadamente 22 mil títulos de propiedad y posesión entregados.

Posteriormente, el Secretario acudió al municipio de Timilpan para entregar 99 unidades básicas de vivienda a habitantes del municipio, esto gracias a la suma de fuerzas del  Fideicomiso Fondo Nacional de Habitaciones Populares (FONHAPO), del Gobierno de Timilpan, del Fideicomiso Provivah y  el Imevis, quienes aportaron los recursos para lograr que los mexiquenses en situación de vulnerabilidad y de menores ingresos, mejoraran su calidad de vida mediante el acceso a una vivienda digna.

Durante el evento, el funcionario expresó que estas acciones generan que los habitantes del territorio mexiquense vivan mejor, con mayor calidad de vida, en mejores condiciones y con mayor bienestar.

Asimismo, Enrique Jacob Rocha dio a conocer que estas viviendas fueron distribuidas en las comunidades de Morelos, San Isidro, Quinto de Mazda, Iturbide, Agua Bendita, Hidalgo, San Antonio Yondeje, el Palmito, Zaragoza, Santiaguito Mazda y Cañada de los Lobos, San Nicolás.

“Déjenme decirles que en el Gobierno del estado, en Imevis, se llevan a cabo acciones de este tipo para poder apoyar a mejorar la vivienda cuando ya se tiene, con acciones de piso firme, con acciones techo, dándoles algunos otros soportes, pero también, buscando aliados, se llevan acciones para que familias como ustedes puedan contar ya con su vivienda”, agregó.

Durante la gira, acompañaron al Secretario en el municipio de Atlacomulco, Anna María Chimal Velasco, Presidenta municipal, Isael Villa Villa, Delegado del Registro Agrario Nacional (RAN), Elda Gómez Lugo, representante de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), Everardo Lovera Gómez, Presidente del Comisariado Ejidal de Atlacomulco y Érik Saúl Olvera Martínez, Secretario Técnico del Gabinete Región II Atlacomulco.

Mientras que en su recorrido por Timilpan lo acompañaron Isaías Lugo García, Presidente municipal, y Carmen Díaz Alcántara, Subdirectora de Vivienda de la Delegación SEDATU en el  Estado de México.
