Facilita Tlalnepantla el pago de agua

  • Se inauguró el módulo de atención integral para adultos mayores en donde podrán pagar su agua de manera rápida y efectiva.

  • A partir de esta semana los contribuyentes ya cuentan con más de 400 establecimientos para realizar su pago de agua.

Para facilitar el pago del agua a personas de la tercera edad y con alguna discapacidad, la alcaldesa Denisse Ugalde Alegría inauguró el módulo de atención integral para adultos mayores, ubicado junto al Teatro Algarabía, en el que se cuenta con 12 cajas receptoras de fácil acceso y se ofrecen algunos otros servicios.

Acompañada del director de OPDM, Rodolfo Martínez Muñoz, la presidenta municipal anunció que como un beneficio más para los tlalnepantlenses, a partir de esta semana ya se puede efectuar el pago por el servicio de agua potable en más de 400 tiendas de toda la localidad.

“Con la inauguración de este módulo estamos cumpliendo el objetivo de ser un gobierno incluyente que promueve el bienestar de su población, pues aquí nuestros adultos mayores podrán pagar y hacer algunos trámites básicos relacionados con el servicio que ofrece el OPDM”, enfatizó Ugalde Alegría.

Destacó que con la iniciativa de colocar estas cajas exclusivas se beneficia al 48 por ciento de los contribuyentes, quienes tienen más de 60 años y de manera bimestral acuden a realizar el pago de agua, enfrentando en algunas ocasiones dificultad para accesar al edificio principal del organismo.

Respecto al pago en más de 400 establecimientos del municipio, la alcaldesa enfatizó que mediante esta política pública los tlalnepantlenses ya no deberán trasladarse hasta el centro del municipio para cumplir con esta obligación, sino que podrán hacerlo de manera rápida y cerca de su casa.

Rodolfo Martínez informó que en lo que corresponde al módulo éste tendrá un horario de lunes a viernes de las 08:00 a las 17:00 horas y los sábados de las 9:00 horas a las 13:00 horas.

Detalló que también se cuenta con personal para la atención de los contribuyentes que requieren alguna aclaración o efectuar algún otro trámite, además de la recepción de quejas.

Sobre el pago de agua en tiendas del municipio, el funcionario explicó que éstas se identificarán con una vinilona y sólo es requisito presentar su recibo y pagar con dinero  en efectivo.
