Tlalnepantla, primer municipio en cumplir capacitación del nuevo sistema de justicia penal

·        Se cumplió en tiempo y forma con la capacitación del 100 por ciento de la corporación policiaca en el curso Primer Respondiente.
·        El reto de la presidenta municipal es acercar los cursos y herramientas necesarias para que los policías tengan un mejor actuar en el desempeño diario de su labor.
 
Tlalnepantla se constituyó como el primer municipio del Estado de México en cumplir con el Plan Estratégico de Capacitación en Materia de Justicia Penal y Competencias Policiales Básicas, luego de que el 100 por ciento de los elementos de la corporación policiaca concluyó la capacitación que establece el Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal.
Mauricio Alvaradejo Heredia, secretario técnico del Consejo Municipal de Seguridad Pública, destacó la importancia de que esta localidad haya concluido en tiempo y forma dicha capacitación que los estados y municipios están obligados a cumplir.
Detalló que a sólo un mes de iniciada la administración, en febrero, los mil 8 policías operativos de la Comisaría comenzaron con el curso de Primer Respondiente y Policía con Capacidades para Procesar el Lugar de los Hechos, concluyendo el pasado 27 de mayo.
Puntualizó que con este logro, la alcaldesa Denisse Ugalde Alegría avanza en el cumplimiento de su compromiso de profesionalizar a la corporación policíaca, de manera coordinada con los gobiernos federal y estatal.
Alvaradejo Heredia apuntó que la administración anterior no capacitó a los elementos adscritos a la Comisaría de Seguridad Pública, por lo que el reto de la presidenta municipal es acercar los cursos y herramientas necesarias para que los policías tengan un mejor actuar en el desempeño diario de su labor.
Resaltó la trascendencia del curso Primer Respondiente, ya que son los policías municipales quienes llegan primero al lugar de los hechos y tienen bajo su responsabilidad el aseguramiento de la zona en la que aconteció el incidente.
El funcionario municipal informó que cumpliendo con estos lineamientos federales,  actualmente 673 policías ya cursaron Técnicas de la  Función Policial y se contempla que antes del 30 de junio, el 100 por ciento de la corporación haya cubierto dicho requisito.
Cabe señalar que estas capacitaciones son con recursos del subsidio para el Fortalecimiento de la Seguridad Pública (Fortaseg) que este año beneficia a Tlalnepantla con 23 millones 977 mil pesos.
