Aseguran autoridades estatales y municipales a 27 personas por robos en Tultitlán y Acolman

Derivado de diversas acciones realizadas en conjunto con las Policías Municipales de Tultitlán y Acolman, así como con elementos de la Comisión Estatal de Seguridad Ciudanía (CES), y de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), fueron detenidas 27 personas por su presunta participación en robos a tiendas Oxxo, registrados durante la noche del 5 de junio y las primeras horas del 6 de junio. De los detenidos, 24 son hombres, 12 de éstos menores de edad, así como tres mujeres adultas.

En una primera acción realizada en el municipio de Tultitlán fueron asegurados Marisol “N”, Heriberto “N”, Braulio “N”, Rodrigo “N”, y un menor de 13 años de edad, quienes presuntamente rompieron los cristales de una tienda Oxxo ubicada en la Avenida Prados, en la colonia San Pablo de las Salinas, de donde sustrajeron cajetillas de cigarros y botellas de cerveza.

Al continuar con las movilizaciones, fueron asegurados Zuhey “N”, Marina “N”, Roberto “N”,  Jonathan “N”, y Bryan “N”, individuos que presumiblemente ingresaron a una tienda ubicada en la Avenida Canal de Castera, en la Unidad Habitacional Morelos Segunda Sección, y robaron diversos productos de consumo.

De igual forma, en este mismo municipio fueron detenidos Ancelot “N”, e Iván Antonio “N”, quienes presuntamente se introdujeron a una tienda Oxxo, de donde sustrajeron botellas de bebidas alcohólicas y cajetillas de cigarros.

Asimismo al continuar con estas acciones se logró la detención en la Avenida Prados Sur, Unidad Morelos Tercera Sección, de Carlos Fernando “N” y Abraham “N”, quienes tenían en su poder envoltorios con estupefacientes, sin embargo esta Institución investiga su presunta participación en los  robos en agravio de tiendas Oxxo.

En tanto, en el municipio de Acolman, en un primer operativo fueron asegurados ocho sujetos menores de edad, de entre 13 a 17 años, quienes arribaron a una tienda ubicada en el Boulevard de Lago, en la colonia Real del Valle, de donde sustrajeron botellas de cerveza y cajetillas de cigarros.

Cabe mencionar que derivado de esta detención y a la información recabada, se desplegó un operativo en la zona y fueron asegurados cinco personas más, quienes se presume fueron los sujetos que planearon el robo a este Oxxo.

Los presuntos delincuentes fueron identificados como Juan Carlos “N”, de 18 años de edad, Misael “N”, de 20 años de edad, así como tres menores de 15 y 16 años.

Los menores fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público Especializado en Adolescentes, quien determinará su situación legal, en tanto que los adultos detenidos quedaron a disposición del Representante Social en estos municipios, para que defina su situación legal, sin embargo se les presume inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.

La Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal hace un llamado a la ciudadanía para que en caso de que reconozca a estos sujetos como probables partícipes de algún otro ilícito, sean denunciados a través del correo electrónico [email protected],mx, o al número telefónico 01 800 7028770.
