Policía de Atizapán detiene a ladrón que atracó con un cuchillo

  • Los uniformados implementaron un operativo de persecución pie a tierra para detener al presunto delincuente quien corría metros adelante.

Elementos de la dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito de Atizapán de Zaragoza, detuvieron a un sujeto quien presuntamente amenazó con un cuchillo a un hombre para robarle sus pertenencias y posteriormente darse a la fuga ante la mirada de curiosos quienes gritaban para su detención.

La dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal, informó que elementos del sector siete prestaron auxilio a una persona de 56 años de edad, luego de denunciar que había sido víctima de un asalto donde lo despojaron  de su dinero y la caratula del estéreo de su camioneta tipo Chevrolet Tornado color rojo, cuando se encontraba estacionado sobre la avenida Uno, en la Colonia Profesor Cristóbal Higuera.

De forma inmediata, los uniformados implementaron un operativo de persecución pie a tierra para detener al presunto delincuente quien corría metros adelante, logrando darle alcance y proceder a su detención a la altura de la calle cuatro.

Tras explicarle sus derechos y el motivo de su detención al presunto responsable del robo, los efectivos municipales procedieron a realizar una revisión de rutina a quien se identificó como Juan Francisco “N”, logrando encontrar en el resorte de su pantalón deportivo tipo pants, una caratula de un auto estéreo tipo Kenwood de color negro, la cual fue plenamente identificada por la víctima.

Los policías municipales procedieron a embalar en una bolsa de plástico el cuchillo con mango de madera color café con hoja de acero inoxidable que se encontraba en el piso, el cual fue reconocido por la presunta víctima como el arma punzocortante con el que esta persona lo había amagado intentando lesionarlo antes de darse a la fuga.

Ante esta situación, el detenido fue presentado ante el Ministerio Publico local, donde se inició en su contra  una carpeta de investigación por el delito de robo con violencia al interior de vehículo.
