Detiene CES a presunto responsable de robo con violencia

Texcaltitlán, Durante la implementación de un operativo de seguridad, elementos de la Comisión Estatal de Seguridad Ciudadana (CES), detuvieron a una persona por su presunta relación en el delito de robo con violencia, en contra de una persona que resultó herida por arma punzocortante.

Al patrullar por calles de la colonia Centro del municipio de Texcaltitlán, una persona solicitó el apoyo de los uniformados, indicando estar herida debido a que fue víctima de robo con violencia por parte de un grupo de sujetos que presuntamente portaban armas blancas, huyendo con rumbo desconocido.

Por tal motivo, los uniformados implementaron tareas de localización para dar con los presuntos asaltantes, encontrando a uno de ellos cuando caminaba calles adelante del sitio donde supuestamente se registró el delito.

Tras localizar a uno de los presuntos responsables y que fue identificado por la víctima, los uniformados lo revisaron de manera preventiva, encontrando entre sus pertenencias un cuchillo, procediendo a detener a Marco Antonio N., de 46 años de edad.

Por lo anterior, el detenido y el arma punzocortante fueron trasladados y puestos a disposición ante el Ministerio Público donde se abrió una carpeta de investigación y determinar la situación legal del implicado por el presunto delito de robo con violencia y lesiones en agravio de una persona, mientras que el herido fue trasladado al Hospital Regional Juan Aldama  del ISEM, para ser atendido.
