Mejorar la economía familiar, mi propósito como senador: César Camacho

Cuautitlán Izcalli, Estado de México.- Al participar con las conclusiones del Cuarto Conversatorio “Nuevas Leyes, Aliento al Desarrollo”, César Camacho, candidato del PRI al Senado de la República por el Estado de México, indicó que “mejorar la economía familiar es nuestro propósito; dar nuevo aliento al desarrollo, la propuesta; fortalecer el Estado de Derecho brindando certidumbre a trabajadores y empresarios, el mecanismo; emplear a más jóvenes y mujeres, el primer paso”.
Durante su intervención en este foro que se celebró en la Universidad de Cuautitlán Izcalli, subrayó que habrá de legislar para fortalecer la economía familiar; dar apoyo prioritario a la agricultura; implementar una economía verde y sustentable; potenciar la innovación y el emprendedurismo, a la par de la creación de una nueva ley sobre gobierno electrónico.
Acompañado por el diputado federal, Ricardo García Portilla; Francisco Lelo de la Rea, subdirector del Centro de Investigación Económica del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial; y Francisco Gamboa, ex secretario de Agricultura de Durango, el ex gobernador mexiquense sostuvo que es urgente optimizar la inversión del Estado en bienes y servicios “que ayuden a mejorar la calidad de vida, además de incrementar la inversión pública en infraestructura social para optimizar el ingreso y el desarrollo del capital humano”.
Dejó en claro que el beneficio de las comunidades “sólo puede alcanzarse mediante el fomento de la inversión del gobierno en proyectos ciudadanos enfocados a mejorar la prestación de bienes y servicios públicos o de carácter social”.
Para dar un mayor impulso al campo, Camacho detalló que, de ganar la elección del uno de julio, trabajará para fortalecer la capacidad de las instituciones en materia de gestión y administración del agua para actividades productivas en el campo, así como fomentar la vinculación de la investigación científica y el desarrollo tecnológico con las necesidades de la agricultura y la ganadería.
Dio a conocer también que propondrá la creación de la plataforma electrónica “VendeNet”, para quienes laboran en el campo registren y den publicidad a la producción que esperan generar, con objeto de que las instituciones públicas lo conozcan y asuman la obligación de considerar estos productos en sus futuras compras.
Puso de relieve que a la par, debe legislarse “para garantizar a la población del campo acceso a la salud; Incrementar las inversiones y apoyo a los pueblos y pequeñas ciudades rurales y renovar la figura del ejido, facilitando la toma de decisiones y la certeza de los derechos adquiridos”.
Al referirse a una economía verde y sustentable, el abanderado tricolor se pronunció por aumentar y acelerar la participación de las energías renovables en la matriz energética; reducir el uso de energía eléctrica mediante acciones puntuales de eficiencia y ahorro y fortalecer la arquitectura institucional para la gestión del agua con una visión federalista.
Finalmente, respecto de la innovación y emprendedurismo, el candidato al Senado de la República, refirió que promoverá la creación de estímulos fiscales para empresas que destinen recursos humanos, además de apoyos financieros al desarrollo e innovación en procesos productivos; el fomento al desarrollo de la ciencia y tecnología, así como el registro de patentes, “pero sobre todo legislar para que los poderes públicos en los órdenes de gobierno tengan las mismas reglas para la contratación de obra pública y adquisición de bienes”.
