Arbitrariamente gobierno municipal intentó clausurar Casa de Campaña de Raymundo Guzmán Corroviñas

David Lozano Vega, vocero de la campaña del candidato panista, Raymundo Guzmán Corroviñas, candidato a la Presidencia Municipal de Cuautitlán Izcalli por la Coalición Por El Estado de México al Frente,  denunció abuso de autoridad e intimidación por parte del gobierno municipal, luego que personal de la Dirección de Gobierno intentó clausurar la Casa de Campaña del candidato.

Los hechos se registraron la tarde de este jueves 31 de mayo, cuando Juan Carlos de la O Castro y Alan Eduardo Vega Acero, quienes se identificaron como notificadores, verificadores y ejecutores adscritos a la Coordinación y Verificación de la Normatividad del H. Ayuntamiento de Cuautitlán Izcalli intentaron colocar sellos de clausura en este inmueble ubicado sobre la calle Tlatlaya en el Centro Urbano de este municipio.

Ambos funcionarios argumentaron que la determinación de clausurar esta casa de campaña se debía a que supuestamente el lugar era ocupado para la prestación de servicios comerciales, situación que nunca fue comprobada ya que el inmueble cuenta con la acreditación ante la autoridad electoral de uso de Casa de Campaña y por tanto no requiere de permiso administrativo para funcionar bajo este esquema.

 

 

«Lo más lamentable de este tema, es que los funcionarios pretendieron clausurar el inmueble cuando sabían perfectamente que en el interior había voluntarios y simpatizantes de la campaña, en su mayoría mujeres», dijo.

David Lozano lamentó el actuar de estos funcionarios, quienes sin argumentos sólidos ni un conocimiento claro del marco normativo intentaron clausurar esta Casa de Campaña y agregó que se interpondrán las acciones legales correspondientes por la comisión de estos abusos arbitrarios.

«Con esta acción se confirma que el gobierno municipal se ha convertido en un actor en la elección local, en contra de la candidatura a Presidente Municipal de la Coalición por el Estado de México al Frente, Raymundo Guzmán Corroviñas», apuntó.
