El candidato del PRI a la alcaldía Enrique Geyne, sugirió a los atizapenses que el día de la jornada electoral emitan un voto razonado, que se informen bien y comparen propuestas, así como a los propios candidatos, para tomar la mejor decisión y plasmarlo así el 1 de julio; indudablemente, apuntó, los ciudadanos de Atizapán sufragarán mayoritariamente a favor del tricolor, porque es quien le puede dar estabilidad al municipio.

Atizapán de Zaragoza, Estado de México.-  El candidato del PRI a la alcaldía Enrique Geyne, afirmó que mientras otros cierran sus campañas tratando de deslumbrar a los ciudadanos con sus falsas promesas, “yo seguiré en contacto con la gente y no me cansaré de recorrer las calles, ya que hasta el último día de mis actividades proselitistas, estaré de cerca con mis atizapenses.”

Así lo manifestó el abanderado tricolor durante su caminar por la calle Chabacano de la colonia Prados Ixtacala, donde le solicitó a la población que le tengan confianza y le brinden su voto, para alcanzar el cambio que la sociedad demanda, con ideas jóvenes. Al mismo tiempo, les convocó para que este 1 de julio salgan a votar, porque la apatía nada resuelve y sin la participación ciudadana, no es posible sentar las bases para un mejor gobierno, que sí atienda las necesidades y demandas más sentidas de la ciudadanía.

Agregó que indudablemente, los ciudadanos de Atizapán sufragarán mayoritariamente a favor del PRI, porque es quien le puede dar estabilidad al municipio, recuperarlo para el bienestar de todos los atizapenses y proyectarlo como uno de los de más empuje y progreso en la entidad mexiquense.

“Le pido a mis atizapenses que el 1 de julio me otorguen su confianza, ya que necesitamos ser gobierno para tener una mejor calidad de vida, que nuestros policías estén bien equipados, preparados y dignamente remunerados; para tu seguridad policías vecinales estarán en tus colonias, contaremos con los servicios públicos y la seguridad que ustedes se merecen; no abandonaremos a las comunidades más alejadas del centro del municipio, seremos una administración incluyente,” puntualizó.

Таким образом эти государства обозначили свою позицию сообразно отношению к проституции как явлению. Из нескольких десятков тысяч украинских женщин, занимающихся проституцией около половина – в возрасте от 10 перед 20 лет. 70 процентов из них толкнула для улицы недостаток – заработать на пропитание чтобы себя и своей семьи. Снова одна страшная знак – примерно треть из них точный принимают наркотики и нисколько не делают, чтобы защититься через СПИДа. Таковы данные опроса, проведенного социологической службой Центра имени А.Разумкова в ноябре 2003 возраст во всех регионах Украины. Опрошено более 2 тысяч респондентов старше 18 лет. Заблуждение выборки составила 2,3%.

    Для задача “Нуждаться ли легализировать проституцию в Украине?” отрицательно ответили 50,2% респондентов. Среди представителей сильного пола более трети (36,8%) высказались ради легализацию проституции, тогда сиречь между женщин – только четверть (24,7%). Противу – 42,9% мужчин и 56,4% женщин.

    То есть, между мужчин примерно в 1,5 раза больше сторонников законодательного разрешения проституции, нежели среди представительниц прекрасного пола.

    Полученные в ходе опроса причина свидетельствуют о существенных различиях в позициях респондентов разных возрастных групп. С возрастом судьба тех, который считает необходимым узаконить для Украине проституцию, уменьшается. Так, среди 18-29-летних соответствие сторонников и противников легализации проституции составляет 36,2% и 46,4%; в возрастной группе 30-39-летних – 36,1% и 48,6% соответственно; в группе 40-49-летних – 32,3% и 45,9%; между респондентов 50-59 лет – 30,1% и 47,3%; среди опрошенных старше 60 лет – 17,9% и 60,5%.

    Таким образом, группу противников легализации проституции для Украине составляют наипаче представители старшего поколения, в то время наравне среди сторонников законодательного разрешения секс-услуг преобладают более молодой респонденты.

    Для вопрос “Почему нужно легализовать проституцию?” респонденты отвечали, сколько это позволит предотвратить расширение передающихся половым через заболеваний (такого мнения придерживаются 23,7% всех опрошенных и 78,6% из числа тех, который поддерживает идею легализации проституции).

    Кроме того, это позволит поставить проституцию около контроль правоохранительных органов (17,2% всех респондентов и 57,1% сторонников легализации); получить дополнительные поступления в местные бюджеты (13% и 42,9%); защитить женщин-проституток от криминальных группировок (9,9% и 32,7%) и через сотрудников милиции (8,1% и 27%).

    И, наконец, легализация проституции может обеспечить социальную защиту лиц, занимающихся проституцией (так считают 8% всех респондентов и 26,5% сторонников легализации).

    Сообразно данным опроса Украинского института социологических исследований (УИСИ), трудолюбивый в секс-бизнесе нравится только 20% из 636 представительниц древнейшей профессии, опрошенных УИСИ в 12 городах Украины. При этом 73% из них выбрали эту работу, дабы “не подвизаться за копейки в какой-нибудь конторе”; 61% надеется заработать денег и оставить это промышленность; 27% сообщили, сколько работают в секс-бизнесе вынужденно.

    При этом лишь 66% опрошенных женщин пользуются презервативами.

    Как отметила наедине из авторов сборника, заместитель директор УИСИ Ольга Балакирева, основным выводом, вытекающим из исследований, является необходимость усовершенствования правового законодательства, касающегося сексуальной индустрии.

    Так, новый Уголовный книга Украины предусматривает штраф для лиц, предоставляющих секс-услуги, однако в отношении организаторов этого бизнеса наказание не предусмотрено. Промеж тем, согласно данным опроса, женщины, занимающиеся секс-бизнесом, получают на руки лишь близко 20% заработанных денег.     Для Украине вышли статистики о количестве женщин, занятых в секс-индустрии, подчеркнула Балакирева. По ее оценке, секс-бизнесом в Украине в той иначе иной степени занимается близко 250 тысяч женщин.

    Сколько может дать легализация проституции на Украине?
