Conmemoran universitarios el día del abogado en instalaciones de la legislatura estatal

En el marco de la conmemoración del Día del Abogado, el Poder Legislativo del Estado de México recibió, en el Instituto de Estudios Legislativos (Inesle), a directivos, docentes y alumnos de la Universidad Tres Culturas, quienes participaron en un ciclo de conferencias alusivas a esta celebración, impartidas por su cuerpo de catedráticos.

René Guadarrama Andrade, director del plantel Toluca de la citada universidad, al dar la bienvenida a los participantes, entre ellos los alumnos de la licenciatura en Derecho, dijo que un abogado tiene como tarea buscar el bien común y encontrar la forma de que las personas que merecen justicia la obtengan.

Rosa Iris Díaz Álvarez, al dictar la conferencia “Retos y perspectivas para las nuevas generaciones de licenciados en Derecho en México”, dijo que uno de los desafíos mayores de los estudiantes de esta rama académica es el gran número de egresados, por lo que los invitó a seguir capacitándose para ofrecer, tanto en el ámbito público como en el privado conocimientos especializados que les permitan sobresalir del resto de sus colegas.

Rodolfo Duarte Contreras, al hablar sobre reformas laborales y su aplicación en el Estado de México, destacó que el derecho laboral encuentra su fundamento legal en la Constitución y que en el caso del derecho laboral, “la protección de los sujetos beneficiarios es prioritaria, debido a su carácter fundamental respecto del desarrollo social e individual”.

Carlos Suárez Banhumea y Wedell Jair Rosales Contreras disertaron sobre los efectos del neoliberalismo en el Derecho mexicano del trabajo y sobre derecho y garantías dentro del juicio de amparo, respectivamente, y coincidieron con Maribel Sánchez López en exhortar a los futuros abogados a continuar trabajando en beneficio de su comunidad.

Sánchez López destacó, además, que la celebración del Día del Abogado significa también conmemorar el derecho a la justicia, así como la búsqueda de la verdad, y dijo que  “el abogado debe ser siempre un profesionista íntegro, honrado y recto en su conciencia y en su actuar”.
