Detiene Secretaría de Seguridad a supuesto escolta por simulación de vehículo oficial

Valle de Chalco, Estado de México.- Derivado de labores de gabinete y campo, personal de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS) detuvo a una persona por el presunto delito de simulación de vehículo oficial.

Miguel “N”, de 36 años de edad, fue aprehendido en una camioneta Honda, tipo Odisey, color verde, cuando transitaba en la avenida Isidro Fabela, casi esquina con López Mateos, en la colonia San Isidro.

El imputado no presentó identificación oficial, ni documentos para poder conducir la unidad, y se concretó a mostrar dos hojas tamaño carta, una de ellas suscrita por una mujer, quien al parecer era la Jefa de Atención a Medios de Senadores del grupo parlamentario del Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), de fecha 16 de marzo del año 2016.

El detenido también mostró otra hoja membretada, de fecha 20 de octubre de 2014, signada por el asesor de un Senador de la República, además de una placa metálica con la leyenda “Poder Legislativo Federal, Cámara de Senadores”.

 

 

En sus declaraciones, expresó que se desempeña como escolta y chofer de un Senador y de otra funcionaria del PAN, sin presentar una identificación oficial, por lo que fue puesto a disposición de la autoridad ministerial.
