Secretaría de Seguridad captura a cinco personas por transportar material pirotécnico de manera ilegal

Jilotepec, Estado de México.-Derivado de los recorridos preventivos en territorio mexiquense, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS) detuvieron a cinco hombres que transportaban material pirotécnico de forma ilegal.

Mientras los Policías Estatales hacían rondines de rutina visualizaron sobre la carretera Jilotepec-Ixtlahuaca, a la altura del kilómetro 2, en el Paraje conocido como Desviación a Doxicho de este municipio, una camioneta color verde, tipo Voyager, conducida a exceso de velocidad y sin respetar los señalamientos de tránsito.

Por este motivo se le dio alcance y, a través de comandos de voz, los efectivos de la SS le solicitaron al tripulante y sus acompañantes, identificados como José “N”, de 24 años; Pedro “N”, de 33 años; Jorge “N”, de 35 años, así como Alberto “N” y Lucio “N”, ambos de 28 años de edad, descender de la unidad a fin de efectuar una inspección preventiva.

 

 

Al concluir, se localizó en la parte trasera del automotor material pirotécnico del cual no contaban con la documentación, como licencia correspondiente para su traslado.

Los detenidos, el automotor y objetos asegurados fueron trasladados a la agencia del Ministerio Público Federal, con sede en Tlalnepantla de Baz, donde se inició la carpeta de investigación para definir su situación jurídica por violar la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos.
