El PAN contra coordinadores estatales; es el principio del fin del federalismo: Sondón Saavedra

  • Los gobiernos panistas, son los mejores: de 8 alcaldes que intentaron la reelección, siete la lograron por su buen trabajo: Enrique Vargas.

El Partido Acción Nacional en el Estado de México, a través de su presidente Víctor Hugo Sondón Saavedra, rechazó la creación de la figura de coordinador estatal, que pretende imponer el presidente electo de la República, porque eso representa el principio del fin del federalismo y agregó que el PAN será una oposición responsable, constructiva y crítica ante el gobierno estatal y federal.

En conferencia de prensa en el auditorio del Comité Directivo Estatal, Sondón Saavedra, señaló que hoy que se tendrá un gobierno federal y un congreso local con mayoría de Morena, la forma de legitimar las acciones del  próximo gobierno federal, no debe ser por una mayoría aplastante, porque se legitima con  el consenso de todas las expresiones políticas. Nosotros abonaremos pero estaremos al pendiente de lo que pueda sonar a imposición.

“El PAN rechaza la imposición de los coordinadores estatales, propuesto por el Presidente electo, porque van en contra de la voluntad ciudadana que votó por un gobernador, pero sobre todo, porque las propuestas para ocupar esas coordinaciones, son de aquellos que perdieron la elección y eso habla de competir de manera anticipada para futuros procesos electorales e incluso son una competencia para los gobiernos estatales actuales”, dijo el dirigente panista.

Agregó que dicha posición afecta al federalismo, porque los recursos públicos que llegan a los Estados y municipios, deben ejercerse de manera imparcial y sin tinte político, y con dicha figura se prevé lo contrario.

Sondón Saavedra expresó que el PAN exigirá cuál será la función específica del coordinador estatal, porque la medida va destinada a la centralización del poder de un grupo o de una persona. Además de que constitucionalmente no existe esa figura, no tiene sustento jurídico.

Por otra parte, Sondón Saavedra resaltó que el PAN está en contra de la conformación, que el Instituto Electoral del Estado de México (IEEM), dio a las diputaciones plurinominales, porque dio a Morena una sobre representación: ya que sólo obtuvo el 42 por ciento de los votos y le otorgó el 70 por cientos de las diputaciones plurinominales.

El PAN impugnó, porque por derecho le corresponde cuatro diputaciones plurinominales más a las que ya tiene, debido a que obtuvo un millón 200 mil votos y el espíritu de la ley es que la minorías estén representadas, y con la decisión del IEEM, miles y miles de mexiquenses se quedarían sin ser representados en la cámara de diputados mexiquense.

Sondón Saavedra fue acompañado en la conferencia por Enrique Vargas del Villar, presidente municipal en funciones y reelecto para el siguiente periodo, así como presidente de la Asociación Nacional de Alcaldes de Acción Nacional.

También por Anuar Azar Figueroa, coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en la Cámara de Diputados del Estado de México.

Anuar señaló que el GPPAN presentó 90 iniciativas, aprobaron 22. Presentaron 25 puntos de acuerdo y se subieron cuatro. Indicó que el PAN será una oposición crítica, que sume, responsablemente y que legislará para que se acabe con tantos altos índices de delitos como la extorsión, feminicidios, secuestro, entre otros.

Mientras que Vargas del Villar puntualizó que los mexiquenses saben que los mejores gobiernos municipales son los de extracción panista. Dijo que de ocho alcaldes y alcaldesas que buscaron reelegirse en sus cargos, siete lo lograron, lo que habla que el trabajo se realizó puntualmente y los ciudadanos les otorgaron nuevamente el voto de confianza.

Dijo que se ganaron 13 municipios en coalición con el Partido de la Revolución Democrática y Movimiento Ciudadano; que solos se ganó en Melchor Ocampo, Ixtapan del Oro, Apaxco y Tonatico. El PAN  gobernara a más de un millón de mexiquenses.

Vargas del Villar reconoció la gran labor que realizó durante la elección el presidente Víctor Hugo Sondón Saavedra, la forma en que condujo la campaña,  obteniendo grandes victorias.

A la conferencia de prensa asistieron los actuales diputados locales, los electos que tomarán posición en septiembre, así como los presidentes y alcaldesas electas, liderazgos panistas y consejeros estatales.
