En apoyo a la ciudadanía, el Gobierno de Naucalpan ha brindado durante la presente administración más de 9 mil asesorías gratuitas en materia testamentaria, además de haber ayudado a gestionar 4 mil testamentos, 62 escrituraciones, 151 sucesiones intestamentarias y testamentarias, 303 certificaciones de contratos y 230 testimoniales de identidad, entre otros trámites.
El Presidente Municipal, Víctor Hugo Gálvez Astorga, informó que a través de la Vocalía Ejecutiva en Asentamientos Humanos se han beneficiado a más 14 mil personas con asesorías y acompañamiento en trámites como poderes consulares, cancelaciones hipotecarias, certificación de contratos, testimoniales de identidad y se han realizado 230 sesiones con las Notarías Públicas 84 y 105, que cobran honorarios menores a los que se aplican normalmente.
Por su parte, el Vocal Ejecutivo de Asentamientos Humanos, Francisco Javier Estrada Vargas, invitó a la ciudadanía a acudir a esa dependencia ubicada en tercer piso del Edificio B, anexo al Palacio Municipal, en caso de requerir asesoría para hacer algún trámite notarial.
Explicó que un poder consular se realiza cuando una persona que reside en el extranjero tiene propiedades en el país y requiere venderlas, en tanto que, la testimonial de identidad es para certificar la personalidad jurídica de un ciudadano que en sus documentos oficiales tiene su nombre escrito con algún error.
Estrada Vargas indicó que son gratuitas todas las asesorías que se realizan en la Vocalía Ejecutiva de Asentamientos Humanos y los costos notariales están por debajo de lo normal, por ejemplo, el testamento cuesta 800 pesos; la sucesión intestamentaria, 12 mil pesos, y el proceso de escrituración el 7 por ciento del valor catastral del inmueble, tres puntos porcentuales menos que el costo normal.
