• Supervisan avances en el cumplimiento de infraestructura primaria y obligaciones en materia de equipamiento del conjunto “Puerta Hípico”, en Atizapán de Zaragoza.

• Cuenta este conjunto urbano con un sistema hidráulico de tratamiento sostenible que permite utilizar el agua pluvial en las viviendas para el consumo humano.

Atizapán de Zaragoza.- Para revisar los avances en el cumplimiento de infraestructura primaria y las obligaciones que en materia de equipamiento se le impusieron al desarrollador del conjunto urbano “Puerta Hípico”, el Secretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Metropolitano del Estado de México, Enrique Jacob Rocha, visitó este complejo ubicado en Atizapán de Zaragoza.

Dichos lineamientos buscan cumplir con lo dispuesto en la Agenda 2030 de la ONU y han sido establecidos en el Libro Quinto del Código Administrativo del Estado de México y su Reglamento, el cual fue actualizado por la Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano y Metropolitano (Seduym), para que los nuevos desarrollos urbanos mexiquenses garanticen los derechos de la población en materia de desarrollo urbano sustentable.

Entre ellos destacan el establecimiento de áreas verdes, red de distribución de agua potable y los sistemas que se emplearán para el ahorro, reciclaje y tratamiento del agua, áreas específicas para personas con capacidades diferentes y construcción de equipamiento educativo que promueva oportunidades de aprendizaje a fin de beneficiar a los ciudadanos a partir del desarrollo de las ciudades.

Durante la visita, el arquitecto Enrique Macotela Dosal, miembro del Consejo de Administración de la “Desarrolladora del Parque, SC”, señaló que las instalaciones cuentan con un novedoso sistema hidráulico de tratamiento sostenible que permite recabar y utilizar el agua pluvial en las viviendas para el consumo humano.

“Esta agua es recabada en un tanque al que llamamos “tormenta” para el autoconsumo de los mexiquenses que habiten el desarrollo, además, cuenta con un pozo de agua que está al servicio del desarrollo y de la colonia, es uno de los pocos pozos que aún subsisten en la zona y procuramos maximizar su uso y mantenimiento en beneficio de todos”, señaló.

La actual normativa mexiquense para la autorización de conjuntos urbanos establece condiciones idénticas a lo establecido por ONU Habitat para construir y administrar mejores espacios urbanos, áreas públicas verdes y fortalecer la planificación y gestión urbana con la finalidad de aumentar la urbanización inclusiva y sostenible que es incluyente con el crecimiento demográfico.
