• Reconocen el trabajo del Gobierno Municipal para erradicar violencia contra la mujer.

Durante la última sesión del Sistema Municipal para la Igualdad de Trato y Oportunidades entre Mujeres y Hombres y para Prevenir, Atender, Sancionar y Erradicar la Violencia contra las Mujeres, el Secretario Técnico de Huixquilucan, Carlos Alfaro Sánchez, resaltó los logros alcanzados en materia de capacitación a servidores públicos, quienes hoy ya cuentan con los conocimientos para atender de manera adecuada situaciones de no discriminación.

A nombre del presidente de Huixquilucan, Enrique Vargas del Villar, Carlos Alfaro, agradeció a los integrantes de esta instancia municipal su trabajo y compromiso, ya que durante las ocho sesiones que se realizaron, se trabajó arduamente para alcanzar logros en estos importantes temas.

Al hacer entrega de reconocimientos a elementos de la policía que participaron en el programa de fortalecimiento a la transversalidad de perspectiva de género, destacando que más de 500 ya fueron capacitados, el Secretario Técnico, comentó que tal como lo ha instruido el Alcalde Enrique Vargas, la corporación policiáca de Huixquilucan hoy cuenta con los conocimientos necesarios para realizar su labor de la mejor manera.

Al referirse al trabajo que se ha llevado a cabo en este sistema municipal para la Igualdad de Trato y Oportunidades entre Hombres y Mujeres, la décimo tercera regidora, Josefina Ortiz Reyes, recalcó la disposición, apoyo y dedicación que ha tenido el Alcalde para impulsar y sensibilizar estos temas entre los servidores públicos y la población.

Por su parte, la consultora y especialista en asuntos de igualdad y no discriminación hacia la mujer, Lucía Carrillo Ovalles, felicitó a la administración del Presidente Enrique Vargas, por preocuparse, por trabajar y difundir estos conocimientos, ya que es de suma importancia que se dé un trato igualitario y digno a las mujeres.

El defensor municipal de los Derechos Humanos, Mario Benito Fierro, informó que como parte de las acciones que se implementaron a favor de las servidoras publicas, fue la instalación de lactarios en el Palacio Municipal y en el edificio de excinemas, y se tiene contemplado abrir espacios en las oficinas de Pirules, el edificio administrativo de San Ramón y en las oficinas de Fresko en Jesús del Monte.
