Durante la Séptima Sesión Solemne de Cabildo, el Presidente Municipal, Víctor Hugo Gálvez Astorga, entregó el Tercer Informe de Gobierno, donde resaltó obras y acciones realizadas este último año de la administración local, las cuales han contribuido a mejorar la calidad de vida de los naucalpenses.

En este marco, agradeció el esfuerzo y la disposición de los integrantes de Cabildo que velaron por los intereses de la población de Naucalpan, siendo ejemplo de un Ayuntamiento responsable; así mismo, reconoció el trabajo permanente que realizaron los servidores públicos de esta localidad.

Resaltó que el trabajo constante y la adecuada implementación de estrategias en materia de seguridad pública permitieron la disminución en 28.6 por ciento de la incidencia delictiva general y 26.83 por ciento en los delitos de alto impacto.

Destacó las más de 500 personas recuperadas por la Célula de Búsqueda de Personas, así como los 49 mil 955 operativos realizados para la seguridad y recuperación de espacios públicos; los 2 mil 476 operativos en el transporte público, así como el trabajo coordinado con instituciones estatales y federales.

 

 

Gálvez Astorga subrayó que su gobierno continuó con las acciones para atender la Alerta de Violencia de Género contra las  Mujeres (AVGEM) declarada en 2015, realizando mil 122 talleres y terapias psicológicas grupales, más de 800 atenciones psicológicas gratuitas; la conformación de 19 redes comunitarias, 16 mil patrullajes en colonias prioritarias y la recuperación del Parque El Torito, espacio público con perspectiva de género.

En materia de obra pública reportó la construcción del Parque La Mancha III, el cual beneficia a 3 mil 500 personas; la rehabilitación de 10 vialidades con concreto hidráulico y asfáltico, así como la inauguración de la Academia de Policía Municipal.

En educación destacó la construcción de 20 arcotechos en escuelas públicas para brindar las condiciones adecuadas para que los niños realicen sus actividades al aire libre. Además, las 30 visitas guiadas con el programa “Conoce a tu Presidente”, que benefició a mil 200 alumnos.

Indicó que una de las prioridades de su gobierno ha sido elevar la calidad de vida de los naucalpenses, por lo que diariamente se trabajó para ofrecer servicios públicos eficientes con el mantenimiento permanente a 19 mil 500 luminarias LED, la atención de más de 40 mil 700 baches, y la recolección de más de 357 mil toneladas de residuos sólidos al año, entre otras acciones.

Para promover el desarrollo integral de los ciudadanos se instalaron 5 Módulos de la Sana Alimentación, se brindaron 144 pláticas y talleres a jóvenes en temas de salud sexual, violencia de género y consumo responsable de alcohol; se implementaron los programas Machímetro y Hasta Aquí en beneficio de más de 30 mil jóvenes y se remodelaron los teatros Bicentenario, Isidro Fabela y Benito Juárez.

Subrayó que este año se otorgaron más de mil 200 microcréditos por más de 20 millones de pesos con lo que los emprendedores naucalpenses abrieron y consolidaron sus propios negocios; las Caravanas del Empleo se llevaron a las comunidades; se hicieron 7 eventos de Reclutamiento Permanente, una Feria del Empleo y 17 Tianguis con Vida, para la reactivación de la economía familiar, entre otras acciones.

En tanto, dijo que el Instituto Municipal de Cultura Física y Deporte de Naucalpan (IMCUFIDEN), atendió el desarrollo integral de la población con la impartición de 2 mil 980 clases de acondicionamiento físico, rehabilitó la alberca El Tepetatal con recursos propios.

El alcalde señaló que en materia de Medio Ambiente en 2018 se plantaron más de 35 mil 800 árboles de distintas especies para preservar y regenerar las áreas verdes del municipio. Además, se retiraron más de 50 toneladas de basura del Río Chico de los Remedios con la participación de la sociedad civil, se esterilizaron mil 618 mascotas y se dieron en adopción 138.

En Protección Civil se redujeron los tiempos de atención y respuesta a las emergencias, se atendieron 400 incendios salvando la vida a 12 personas; se realizaron 4 mil 400 traslados de atención pre-hospitalaria, y se cuenta con la Unidad Canina K9 de Búsqueda y Rescate.

Refirió que, en el último año de este gobierno, se implementaron programas de atención al contribuyente, y se otorgaron más de 45 mil 77 descuentos a grupos vulnerables, así como la incorporación de 545 predios al padrón catastral.

Gálvez Astorga destacó que el Sistema Municipal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF), realizó 204 jornadas médico-asistenciales; entregó apoyos económicos a 280 adultos mayores, a mil 200 personas con discapacidad permanente y a 120 Menores Trabajadores Urbano-Marginales (METRUM).

 

 

Asimismo, atendió a 15 mil 416 personas con el Programa de Prevención de Adicciones, apoyó de manera integral a 2 mil 500 personas con diabetes, y abrió la Unidad de Detección en Medicina Fetal.

Por otra parte, indicó que el Organismo de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento (OAPAS), recibió la Certificación Aquarating, la cual evalúa la calidad de los servicios que se brindan a la población; dio mantenimiento a pozos y 16 cárcamos de bombeo; construyó 4.4 kilómetros de líneas de conducción y promocionó la cultura del cuidado del agua entre más de 156 mil personas, entre otras acciones.

“En suma este Tercer Informe de Gobierno es un reflejo del trabajo que hemos realizado con la ciudadanía para sentar las bases de un Naucalpan en paz, próspero e incluyente”, dijo el alcalde.

En este marco, el Secretario de Salud, Gabriel O´Shea Cuevas, representante del Gobernador, Alfredo del Mazo Maza, felicitó al Presidente Municipal, Víctor Hugo Gálvez Astorga por los logros obtenidos que consolidan de manera satisfactoria el cierre de esta administración municipal en beneficio de los naucalpenses, quienes ahora tienen mejores servicios y obras que elevan su calidad de vida.
