Firman convenio en Ecatepec para regularizar viviendas ejidales de forma gratuita

El Gobierno de Ecatepec firmó un convenio de colaboración con la Procuraduría Agraria Federal, mediante el cual mil 89 ejidatarios y 368 comuneros del municipio serán beneficiados al contar con facilidades para regularizar sus viviendas y de ese modo pueda incrementar su plusvalía, lo que permitirá a los dueños vender, rentar o darle el uso más conveniente a sus propiedades.

 Indalecio Ríos Velázquez, presidente municipal,  informó que mediante este acuerdo, los propietarios recibirán asesorías y podrán realizar los trámites correspondientes al ordenamiento de sus predios o casas de manera gratuita.

Dijo que 50 por ciento del territorio municipal está compuesto por tierras ejidales, ocupadas por más de mil 400 personas, por lo que es prioridad para la administración local promover la certificación y titularidad de estos espacios.

“Este convenio nos permite  facilitar los trámites para dar certeza jurídica a quienes radican en los seis ejidos que hay en el municipio y asesorar a quienes  están en posesión  de los predios,  para consolidar el patrimonio de más habitantes de la localidad”, dijo el edil.

Señaló que  dentro de los beneficios, los ejidatarios podrán  modificar la situación de la propiedad, es decir, cambiar el concepto de tierra social a propiedad privada para que de ser el caso, puedan vender. 

Melchor Velázquez Garduño, delegado federal de la Procuraduría Agraria en el Estado de México, dijo  que en coordinación con el gobierno municipal, instalarán  un módulo de atención en el municipio, para que los interesados cuenten con atención más cercana y directa, ya que anteriormente para regularizar estos predios tenían que acudir a las oficinas ubicadas en Toluca.

Detalló que  la dependencia gubernamental beneficiará a los  representantes de los núcleos agrarios  con  asesorías gratuitas,  representación legal ante los tribunales,  conciliación y arbitraje agrario, convenios y contratos, asesoría y participación en asambleas, elaboración de listas  de sucesión,  entre otros.

“Hay temas sensibles que atenderemos de manera inmediata, algunos titulares de derechos agrarios ya fallecieron y no hay sucesiones, los vamos a apoyar para que a través de juicios agrarios haya nuevos titulares, también hay errores en certificados como nombres y apellidos mal escritos, por lo que es necesario  corregirlos; todos los servicios los podrán realizar  en el municipio”, explicó.

En Ecatepec hay seis ejidos, San Cristóbal Ecatepec, San Pedro Xalostoc, Santa Clara Coatitla, Santa María Chiconautla, Santa María Tulpetlac y Santo Tomas Chiconautla y las  dos comunidades se localizan en Santa María Tulpetlac y Santo Tomas Chiconautla.
