Invita Secretaría de Cultura a vivir una Noche de Museos en el Centro Cultural Mexiquense

• Abre espacios culturales en horarios accesibles para quienes trabaja.

• Anuncia que el próximo 13 de julio abrirá desde las 17:00 horas.

Toluca, Estado de México.-Como cada mes, los espacios que conforman el Centro Cultural Mexiquense de Toluca, abren sus puertas en horarios posteriores a la jornada laboral para que las familias mexiquenses disfruten de la tradicional Noche de Museos.

Con muchas actividades gratuitas que despertarán el interés y la creatividad de chicos y grandes, esta velada que los espera el próximo viernes 13 de julio, es una gran oportunidad para comenzar el periodo vacacional de los infantes.

En el Museo de Antropología e Historia a las 17:00 horas se realizará la conferencia “Sonidos del México Prehispánico”, a cargo de Felipe Dorantes. Posteriormente iniciará el taller de “Instrumentos musicales prehispánicos” para que los visitantes hagan su propio instrumento a base de barro.

En este mismo recinto que promete una noche llena de música, también se impartirá el taller “¿Qué expresan los códices entre números y símbolos?”, para terminar en el Ágora con un espectacular “Homenaje a los mensajeros del sur”, una agrupación musical que ha rescatado los cantos de nuestra entidad y son ahora icono de identidad.

Por otra parte, en el Museo de Culturas Populares habrá una “Noche indígena” en la que, a partir de las 18:00 horas, se realizará una visita guiada por la exposición “Premio Tenerife”, que muestra lo mejor de las artesanías de nuestro estado; posteriormente, tejedoras del municipio de Temoaya harán una demostración de “Telares de cintura otomí”.

Para culminar la “Noche indígena”, presentarán el libro “Cruce de caminos. Etnografía mazahua”, del maestro Esteban Segundo.

El Archivo Histórico del Estado de México inaugurará la exposición documental y fotografía “Maximiliano de Habsburgo, el liberal” y para conocer más de este personaje histórico, personal del Archivo ofrecerá una charla sobre él, para terminar con una visita a los tesoros que guarda este archivo.

Un cuento-taller ofrecerá la Biblioteca Pública Central Estatal a las 18:00, actividad en la que a la par de que los participantes formaran un cuento literario también crearán una “Maceta decorativa”.

Después, en el Auditorio del recinto, Isidro Delgado transportará a su público por un viaje de imaginación y música con el espectáculo “Cuentrova”.

El Centro Cultural Mexiquense está ubicado en Bulevar Jesús Reyes Heroles #302, Delegación San Buenaventura, Toluca, Estado de México.
