Inaugura IAPEM congreso para administradores públicos mexiquensese

• Celebran el 45 aniversario de la creación del IAPEM.

• Entregan premios del Certamen de Gestión Municipal.

• Reconocen con Premio Bienal a investigaciones en el campo de la Administración Pública.

Toluca, Estado de México.-En conmemoración del 45 Aniversario de la creación del Instituto de Administración Pública del Estado de México (IAPEM), dio inicio, por quinto año consecutivo, el Congreso de Administradores Públicos Mexiquenses, un espacio de reflexión y participación ciudadana para proponer instrumentos innovadores que mejoren la gestión pública.

El evento estuvo presidido por Mauricio Valdés Rodríguez, presidente del IAPEM, quien explicó que el Congreso de Administradores Públicos Mexiquenses es la oportunidad de plantear propuestas de políticas de gobierno innovadoras que posicionen al Estado de México como ejemplo de la participación colectiva entre el gobierno, especialistas y ciudadanos.

Asimismo, Valdés Rodríguez anunció que el IAPEM firmará un convenio de colaboración institucional con la Asociación de Municipios de México, A. C.

Durante el desarrollo de este congreso académico se contemplan cuatro ejes temáticos: Desarrollo desde lo Local, Participación y Cultura Ciudadana, Ética y Seguridad Pública e Innovación de la Gestión Pública, en cada uno de éstos se realizarán diferentes mesas de trabajo.

Durante el acto inaugural se efectuó la premiación del certamen “Gestión Municipal IAPEM”, concurso que estimula y reconoce las capacidades institucionales de los ayuntamientos mexiquenses, para la implementación de proyectos, programas o políticas de gobierno.

Este año fueron ganadores  los municipios  de Tlalnepantla, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Aculco, Villa Victoria, San Mateo Atenco, Chapa de Mota y Capulhuac.

Además se entregó el “Premio IAPEM Bienal 2018”, certamen que reconoce a las investigaciones que contribuyen al conocimiento en el campo de la administración pública en México, y en particular en el Estado de México, con el fin de enriquecer el debate y análisis teórico, y generar propuestas de solución e innovación en las diferentes temáticas de la administración pública en sus tres niveles.

En la modalidad de Licenciatura se premió a Luis Albarrán Corona, autor de la investigación “Jefe de información gubernamental (GCIO), catalizador del e-gobierno. Una propuesta al Estado de México. Diagnóstico y avances del municipio de Toluca 2013-2015”.

En la modalidad de Maestría se reconoció a Juan Carlos Reyes Paredes, autor de “Gobernanza a través de las autoridades auxiliares municipales en Lerma, Estado de México” y en la modalidad de Doctorado se entregó el premio a Patricia Maldonado Pérez, por su trabajo “Prensa y poder en el periodismo regional: La articulación del clientelismo mediático en el Estado de México”.

En este evento estuvieron presentes Guillermo Haro Bélchez, Procurador Federal de Protección al Ambiente y expresidente del IAPEM, así como Dmitri Fujii Olechko, Director General del Consejo Mexiquense de Ciencia y Tecnología.
