    Toluca, Estado de México.- Isaac es un niño que cuida de sus compañeros, usa el diálogo para evitar conflictos, practica los valores en su vida diaria y cumple sus tareas porque, cuando sea grande, quiere ayudar a toda su comunidad; él forma parte de los estudiantes de la escuela primaria «Alfonso Gómez de Orozco» que fueron nombrados Niñas y Niños Defensores de Derechos Humanos. 

    El gobierno municipal de Toluca, encabezado por el presidente Fernando Zamora Morales, atiende la exigencia universal de respeto a los derechos humanos, plasmada en nuestra Constitución, por lo que impulsa entre los pequeños del municipio la cultura de la No Violencia y valores como el respeto para una convivencia armónica.

    Por ello, la Defensoría Municipal de Derechos Humanos de Toluca reconoció el valor de los alumnos quienes, de forma conjunta con el H. Ayuntamiento, realizarán acciones que contribuyan a mejorar nuestro entorno, por lo que capacitó a los estudiantes para solucionar conflictos a través del diálogo y así fortalecer la cultura de la paz en Toluca. 

    Los niños recibieron gustosos tan especial reconocimiento, portaron con orgullo su gafete y ondearon la bandera de la paz como un recordatorio del compromiso que asumieron con el gobierno municipal y con su comunidad.
