Inversión de más de 1.1 MDP en la rehabilitación de un edificio dañado por los pasados sismos

  • En respuesta a la solicitud de los vecinos y sin ser competencia municipal, la administración encabezada por Ugalde Alegría lo reparó para la seguridad de 1, 729 habitantes de la torre D de la U.H. de Maravillas Ceylán.
  • También, fueron repavimentadas con concreto asfáltico las calles “Augusto Juárez Medina”, del fraccionamiento La Comunidad, así como “Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez”, en San Felipe Ixtacala.

Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México.-Durante el sismo del 19 de septiembre de 2017, el edificio D de la Unidad Habitacional Maravillas Ceylán resultó ser uno de los más afectados. Por ello,  los vecinos solicitaron la ayuda del gobierno municipal que, sin ser de su competencia, se comprometió a repararlo a fin de salvaguardar la integridad física y la seguridad de las familias que lo habitan.

Por lo que, en cumplimiento a la palabra empeñada, la presidenta municipal, Denisse Ugalde Alegría, acudió al mismo a evaluar los trabajos de rehabilitación realizados en el mencionado condominio.

Ante vecinos de esta unidad, la alcaldesa hizo hincapié que aunque no es competencia del gobierno municipal, porque las unidades habitacionales se rigen por la Ley de Condóminos del Estado de México y Municipios,  no se puede ser ajeno a las necesidades que se presentan cuando hay un tema de riesgo.

Puntualizó que para llevar a cabo estos trabajos fue fundamental la participación ciudadana y la corresponsabilidad  de los vecinos, quienes se coordinaron con la Dirección de Obras Públicas y la Coordinación de Protección Civil, además de instituciones externas como la FES Acatlán, todo ello para salvaguardar la vida de quienes habitan los 48 departamentos del edificio.

 

 

Al respecto, Israel Domínguez Zavala, director de Obras  Públicas, detalló que entre los trabajos realizados en el edificio D, estuvo la construcción y reforzamiento de 164 metros cuadrados de tabique refractario y castillos ahogados de refuerzo, de la planta baja al sexto nivel, en donde hay cuatro departamentos por piso.

Además, se construyeron 64.40 metros lineales de castillos de refuerzo de concreto armado y 15 columnas reforzadas con placa de acero estructural, labores en las que se invirtió un millón 173 mil 350 pesos, en beneficio de mil 729 habitantes de dicho inmueble.

En esta gira de trabajo, con una inversión de seis millones 547 mil pesos y un beneficio para más de tres mil tlalnepantlenses, la alcaldesa también entregó la repavimentación con concreto asfáltico de las calles “Augusto Juárez Medina”, del fraccionamiento La Comunidad, así como “Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez”, en San Felipe Ixtacala.

La presidenta municipal destacó que este tipo de obras contribuyen a que las comunidades luzcan una imagen digna y que los vecinos se apropien de las mismas, sin dar cabida a la delincuencia.
